The transference of a source file to a target file. The source and target files are hosted in the public cloud. The files may be on different public clouds. When applicable, the files may be distributed to many different targets (e.g. multi-cloud) The file may be compressed to addressed network concerns.
Examples include:
- Transfer of cloud file which contains the payroll entries from SaaS Payroll application to a SaaS HCM system. This file can then be loaded into the SaaS HCM system.
