When applicable, the caching of the integration response is applied to make subsequent requests return results faster.

- SalesForce Sales Cloud to custom developed application hosted in non-SalesForce Cloud (multi-cloud)
- Oracle RightNow Cloud to custom developed application hosted in Oracle’s Cloud (single-cloud)
